The Ceylon Chamber of Shipping is Sri Lanka’s foremost collective voice for the maritime and shipping industry, bringing together ship owners, operators, agents, logistics providers, NVOCC operators and service partners under one unified platform. Since its establishment, the Chamber has played a pivotal role in strengthening Sri Lanka’s position as a vital maritime hub in the Indian Ocean, advocating for industry growth, operational excellence, and global connectivity.
We work closely with government agencies, port authorities, international shipping bodies, and private-sector stakeholders to enhance policy frameworks, streamline operations, and promote efficient, sustainable maritime practices. Our commitment extends to capacity building, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration across all levels of the maritime community.
